El Administrativo Servicio al cliente dará soporte al equipo de Customer Relations / Master Data en el proceso de relegalización de clientes, asegurando la correcta recopilación y carga de evidencias en SAP para cumplir con los plazos del proyecto 2026.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Buscar, recopilar y adjuntar evidencias/documentación en SAP (XD01 / XD02 / XD03).
- Garantizar la correcta organización y carga de la documentación en el sistema.
- Dar soporte en la validación básica de registros bajo supervisión.
- Abrir y gestionar incidencias cuando falte documentación o existan discrepancias.
- Coordinar con equipos internos (Master Data, Customer Support, Calidad) para resolución de casos.
Requisitos:
- Imprescindible experiencia en SAP (valorable gestión de datos maestros de clientes).
- Atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar con alto volumen de registros.
- Capacidad para seguir procesos estructurados y orientados a cumplimiento.
- Valorable conocimiento de procesos GxP.
- Trabajo en equipo y capacidad de coordinación con distintos interlocutores.
