Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Prepare, label, track, and document fragrance samples in compliance with established procedures to ensure data integrity
- Process fragrance samples from consumer products and raw materials following standardized laboratory protocols
- Support the setup and operation of analytical instruments, including Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC‑MS), under guidance
- Record, organize, and maintain analytical data accurately in laboratory systems and documentation tools
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure data completeness and accuracy prior to review by senior scientists
- Collaborate with senior scientists to align on priorities, timelines, and analytical requirements
- Communicate clearly regarding sample status, deviations, or issues encountered during analysis
- Follow all laboratory safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized work environment
What Makes You The Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
- 5 or more years of experience in a laboratory environment within fragrance, consumer goods, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related industries
- Hands-on experience with sample preparation techniques and exposure to analytical instrumentation
- Basic understanding of analytical workflows and laboratory data handling
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety practices and standard operating procedures
- Experience with accurate documentation and data integrity standards
- Ability to work with precision while following established protocols
- Effective collaboration skills and ability to work within a team-based environment

- Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
- Previous experience supporting fragrance or sensory-related analytical projects
