As part of CoreHR group, this role will be an enabler of our journey to build and maintain robust and innovative SAAS applications and me@ initiative as part of international parity roadmap. As part of this transformation, we are looking for a Principal Solution Consultant to collaboratively drive the technical implementation of our strategic initiatives. Our team focuses on developing a world-class global associate experience by providing the HRMS parity across countries on different associate experiences. This is a highly visible and challenging multi-year initiative which is part of our enterprise strategy. We are a global team located across US and India.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the business teams / product owners to identify their requirements, design and develop/ enhance functionalities to help meet business requirements in SuccessFactors Compensation/ Variable Pay and Integrations.

  • Drive Walmart AI strategy for international markets by implementing Joule AI use cases, custom Joule skills and Agent to Agent Integration.

  • Must be able to translate client’s business needs to technical business requirements.

  • Perform thorough testing through various testing cycles to deliver accurate solutions.

  • Performs configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality.

  • Responsible for creating configuration workbooks and developing high quality solutions.

  • Responsible for reviewing the unit test plans and the quality assurance plans to ensure all requirements have been met.

  • Perform integration testing work as necessary to ensure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.

  • Resolve configuration, access, data, Reporting and Integrations related issues.

  • Provide oversight to various Projects and change requests to assess overall impact.

  • Utilize Agile project methodology during each phase of the implementation.

  • Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, uses company standards, procedures, and practices in performing required work.

  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Identify standard solution possibilities and discuss with business users / process owner.

  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both within the organization and with external vendors or partners.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and conducting user training sessions.

  • Continuously staying up to date with the latest SuccessFactors features and functionalities and providing recommendations for process improvements to the business.

What you'll bring:

  • Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.

  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, BIRT tool.

  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP BTP, Joule skills for driving AI use cases.

  • Must be able to translate client business needs to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.

  • Experience in XML for data model configuration and provisioning.

  • Good understanding of Employee Central Data models like Succession data models, Corporate Data models and MDFs, propagation data models.

  • Good knowledge of Picklists management, Role Based Permissions, Organization, Country Specific Fields (CSF) customization, Workflow Configuration, MDF Objects Configuration, business rules configurations.

  • Retail domain knowledge and specifically international exposure is preferred.

  • Expertise in proposing the solutions to business. Must have good experience in designing functional and technical solutions.

  • Should be able to analyze the Half yearly release and update the system with the required features by creating a test strategy and test plan.

  • Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF.

  • Experience in Project Management with SAP Activate methodology.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science with HR specialization or any other relevant qualification.

  • SAP SuccessFactors Implementation in reputed global organization.

  • 8+ years of experience in implementation / application enhancement /production support/ projects in SAP SuccessFactors/ SAP HR.

  • Minimum experience of 3+ implementation projects.

  • Should have valid Associate level certification and completed delta exam in SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time-off and Compensation modules with SAP Activate methodology.

  • Must have hands-on knowledge and experience on support tools - Service Now, JIRA.

  • Effective business communication and stakeholder management skills.
