We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Research & Data Analyst / Analyst (Spanish language expert) to join our Medtech team in Bangalore, India.

The team consists of around 40 colleagues spread across teams in India and is reporting to the respective team managers. We have a great skill set in the market research and consulting domain related to medical devices & healthcare markets and we would love to speak with you if you have skills or interest for the same.  

About You : Experience, Education, Skills, and accomplishments  

  • Graduate or master’s degree in pharmacy/life sciences/pharmaceutical sciences or: A degree in Spanish Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field
  • Experience in primary market research, respondent recruitment, data collection, project management, etc.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English. Proficiency in other languages (German/ French) is good to have. Experience in translation or interpretation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively in written and spoken English, whilst ensuring timely delivery of projects to our clients.  
  • Excellent attention to detail and research skills.  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Experience with related workflow environments 
  • A flexible and collaborative approach to work, well-developed expertise in market research methodologies or related job experience, in the medical device or healthcare domain
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines. Business acumen that helps support sales success, ongoing improvements, and relationships with internal and external stakeholder
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team to produce high quality deliverables that require little rework
  • Mature communicator capable of handling high-profile clients

It would be great if you also had . . .  

  • Well-developed therapy expertise in at least one area of the medical device market or related work experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using pivot tables and advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, effective data organization strategies etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data visualization (Power BI/ Tableau)

What will you be doing in this role? 

  • Interviewing industry participants and related medical professionals
  • Overseeing online and over-the-phone physician surveys
  • Searching Clarivate's proprietary in-house research repository/library for relevant data
  • Using financial, regulatory, and government documents to find key medical approval data
  • Interpreting qualitative data into useable quantitative measures
  • Using MS Excel and database programs to manipulate large amounts of data
  • Analyzing qualitative trends in various medical sectors
  • Performing specialized research by medical technology or geographic region

  

About the Team   

The Medtech team is group of data and subject matter experts and is mainly responsible to delivery data products, syndicated market research reports and conduct custom consulting projects, related to medical device markets. Medtech team harnesses real-world healthcare data, in-depth interviews, and our unique mix of in-house expertise to help medical device companies make some of their most important business decisions. The team is spread across 3 locations: Toronto, Canada; Bengaluru, India; and Barcelona, Spain.

Hours of Work  

Hybrid work mode . The work timing is 12 PM – 9PM IST. This helps the team to have some overlap with their counterparts working in other offices in Toronto and Barcelona
