Associate Product Manager

Clarivate is seeking a talented Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Belgrade office. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a customer-oriented environment and at least 1 year of experience in project and product management.

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in English

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Experience managing budgets and meeting project deadlines.

• Experience supporting intellectual property products, services, or business operations.

• Experience in developing training content, processing documentation, and learning resources for diverse audiences.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Set priorities for a small development team with guidance from their manager. 

• Deliver high-quality outcomes that are aligned with overall product and organizational objectives. 

• Set objectives and key results (OKRs) for their team in close collaboration with their manager 

• Own and execute small-scale research projects, utilizing user interviews and data analysis to address strategic questions. 

• Share insights and case studies with the product management team to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices. 

• Invest time in understanding customer needs and advocating for them throughout product development. 

• Identify and suggest improvements for cross-team collaboration to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. 

• As required, collaborate with product owners to communicate and define the user stories, and prioritize customer needs. 

About the Team

You will be part of a product team, working closely with software development and Product colleagues as well as internal and external customers and other globally distributed teams that support and develop IPCH, Docket and Trademark Renewals

Hours of Work   

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. 

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
