Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for leading key talent acquisition initiatives and guiding the full-cycle recruitment process to meet organizational hiring demands. This role owns the execution of innovative sourcing strategies, ensures a positive candidate experience, and partners with stakeholders to secure top talent for business and technical requirements.
Main responsibilities
- Lead the execution of end-to-end recruitment cycles for various roles and levels across the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Manage the sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates from diverse talent pools to build robust pipelines.
- Implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Utilize recruitment data and analytics to track key performance indicators, generate hiring reports, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle by maintaining professional and timely communication.
- Guide junior members of the talent acquisition team in applying best practices for sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
- Mentor colleagues on recruitment techniques and tools, fostering knowledge sharing and contributing to the team's overall capability development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring for technical and corporate roles, including niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience in a fast-paced technology or engineering environment is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment
- Strong expertise in talent mapping, talent acquisition advisory, and stakeholder management, with proven experience partnering effectively with both Vietnamese and expatriate hiring managers.
- Good interpersonal skills, can-do and willing-to-take-challenge attitude, can work under high pressure, able to prioritize workload with good time management.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and administration skills.
- Good English communication skills
