About the Role

We are a leading supplier of innovative solutions and products for the residential construction industry and are looking for an experienced Key Project Manager – Rehabilitation to drive business growth across Southern Romania.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing rehabilitation and renovation projects from specification to completion. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, distributors, architects, and consultants, to position our solutions and achieve sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the rehabilitation market within the assigned region.
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in residential rehabilitation and renovation projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers, including developers, general contractors, distributors, architects, and engineering consultants.
  • Promote the company's portfolio of construction solutions and products by providing both commercial and technical support.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification and specification to negotiation and project completion.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Technical, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business objectives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, project pipelines, and regular management reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, project sales, or business development within the construction materials, building solutions, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts and complex construction projects.
  • Good understanding of the residential construction and rehabilitation market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/SalesForce experience is considered an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel extensively across Southern Romania.
