Senior Technician

This could be your opportunity to excel as a Senior Technician, playing a vital role in supporting SOCOTEC’s continued success.

As SOCOTEC grows, so do our teams. We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Technician to join our Renewable Energy team and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

In this role, you’ll need the confidence to lead by example in a production-driven sample process environment. A strong understanding of UKAS quality systems is essential to thrive in this position.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
• Examining and processing renewable energy samples
• Supporting team leadership and prioritising workloads
• Maintaining laboratory quality, safety and compliance standards

Qualifications

To be a successful Senior Technician, you should be able to demonstrate:
• Experience working in a renewable energy sample processing environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of UKAS requirements
