Operation Quality Assurance Inspector (1 Year Contract - Renewable)

Purpose: Responsible for performing the final inspection of assembly products to meet Customer quality standards.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Perform In-process and Final Inspection for assembly tools and loose assembly modules to meet the requirement as defined on drawing, WI and any related documents.
• Initiate Material Review Board (MRB) review when part or assembly is not according to requirement as defined on drawing, WI and any related documents during in-process inspection.
• Update outgoing inspection record after Final Inspection to allow monitoring of the internal quality.
• Raise Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for any non-conformance found to ensure reject is recorded.
• Perform inspection according to in-process checklist and outgoing checklist.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years in Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing
• Proficient mechanical measurement
• Good communication skills
