Fleet Sourcing Specialist (EMEA)
Hungary Regional Scope (EMEA) Indirect Procurement
About the Role
We’re looking for a Fleet Sourcing Specialist to join our Indirect Procurement team and support fleet sourcing and operations across the EMEA region.
In this role, you’ll collaborate across procurement, fleet management, and sustainability to help deliver efficient, compliant, and forward-looking fleet solutions—while contributing to our CO₂ reduction ambitions.
What You’ll Do
Fleet Sourcing & Procurement
Support and lead sourcing activities (RFI, RFQ, eAuctions) across fleet categories such as vehicles, leasing, rentals, maintenance, and telematics
Partner on supplier selection, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management
Contribute insights to continuously improve fleet sourcing strategies
Fleet Operations & Lifecycle Management
Help manage the vehicle lifecycle (acquisition, leasing, rental, disposal)
Coordinate pool car allocation and optimize utilization
Monitor fleet costs and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings
Sustainability & CO₂ Strategy
Support the implementation of CO₂ reduction initiatives across the fleet
Track emissions data and contribute ideas for improvement (e.g., electrification)
Collaborate on future sustainability targets and policies
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional suppliers
Partner with stakeholders across EMEA as a key procurement contact
Monitor supplier performance (KPIs, SLAs) and support continuous improvement
Data, Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate fleet and supplier data in SAP and sourcing tools
Provide insights on cost, performance, and CO₂-related metrics
Support compliance with procurement policies and governance standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience in fleet sourcing, fleet management, or procurement (typically 3–5+ years)
Confidence in negotiations and supplier relationship management
Understanding of fleet operations, leasing models, and cost structures
Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar tools is a plus
Strong analytical and collaboration skills
Fluency in English
Interest in sustainability and CO₂ reduction
