Regional Sales Representative (Direct)

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory through direct sales activities. You will build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, identify opportunities, and consistently achieve revenue targets — serving as the primary point of contact between the company and customers in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a defined geographic territory, developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and in-person visits.

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations tailored to each client's needs.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in the CRM; provide timely forecasts to management.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and escalate insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a senior or consultative role

  • Strong understanding of the local market and local business environment

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Fluency in Czech and English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Willingness to travel within Czechia as needed
