Join Our Team as an Order Management Coordinator at Nilfisk and be the voice of the customer, where this role serves as a key point of contact between customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support operational excellence and business goals. The position reports to the Order Management Manager within EMEA Distribution.
We are seeking a dynamic and effective communicator to join our team for full-time.
We are offering hybrid work model, where your office days will be spent in our Budapest hub for the long term.
What you’ll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end order process, from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
- Serve as the main contact for customer service and internal stakeholders on order status, availability, and issue resolution.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Resolve order exceptions, including shortages, delays, and customer complaints.
- Process outgoing orders, generate shipments for overseas markets, and coordinate with the Shipping Team.
- Analyze operational performance, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects as required.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially, Excel
- On a more personal level we believe you are service minded with a sense of urgency; proactive; enjoy working independently while also contributing as a team player
- Advantages would be:
- Min. 1 year of similar experience at international organization(s) in cooperating regularly with Supply Chain stakeholders (sales, distribution, transport, warehouse, customers)
- Customer service background
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
