Intro
Join Nilfisk as a Spare Parts Product Manager based in Nagykanizsa, Hungary, and take ownership of a global spare parts portfolio supporting our high-pressure washers and vacuum cleaner product lines. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring machine uptime, optimizing product lifecycle performance, and driving aftermarket growth. You will combine technical expertise, supply chain coordination, and customer-focused problem solving in a dynamic, international, and collaborative environment.
Major Function
Own and manage the Spare Parts portfolio across the full product lifecycle, acting as the key link between Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and suppliers to ensure availability, technical accuracy, and continuous improvement of spare parts solutions.
Essential Responsibilities
Product & Lifecycle Management
- Own spare parts are set up for new product introductions (NSD) and act as gate approver.
- Manage phase-in / phase-out processes and service lifecycle support.
Technical & Operational Support
- Provide first-level technical support to Sales and Service teams.
- Ensure correct identification of replacement parts to maximize uptime.
Supply Chain & Procurement
- Support supply chain setup and spare parts availability.
- Collaborate with procurement during service obligation period.
Business & Growth
- Drive initiatives to improve spare parts profitability.
- Conduct market and portfolio analysis.
Projects & Stakeholder Management
- Lead key projects across assigned product groups.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams.
Your New Team
You will work closely with global colleagues across Product Management, Parts Management, TST, Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and production sites, interacting with stakeholders across EMEA, Americas, and APAC in a highly collaborative and cross-functional setup.
The position is reporting to Parts Management & Technical Support NSD/ECM Leader Xureb Lopez.

Qualifications to Succeed in the Position
- Relevant technical or business degree.
- Experience in spare parts management, product management, or supply chain, ideally 3 -5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and structured approach with Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Experience working with product data systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
- Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and a positive attitude also in times of heavy workload.
- Ability to combine technical understanding with commercial awareness.
- Strong communication skills in an international environment.
- Capability and willingness to travel as needed.
