- Vom ersten Tag an bedienen Sie CNC-gesteuerte Dreh- und/oder Schleifmaschinen in der Mehrmaschinenbedienung und richten diese selbstständig ein.
- Mit einem geschulten Auge prüfen Sie Werkstücke auf Maßgenauigkeit, Beschaffenheit und Vollständigkeit und dokumentieren die Messergebnisse. Das ist Ihr wichtiger Beitrag, die hervorragende Qualität unserer Produkte sicherzustellen.
- Für unsere einwandfreien Produkte führen Sie Werkzeugkorrekturen durch und sind für den Werkzeugwechsel zuständig.
- Auch übernehmen Sie Pflege-, Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten sowie die Behebung kleinerer Maschinenstörungen nach Vorgabe.
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung: Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Industrie- bzw. Zerspanungsmechaniker*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, Weiterbildung im Bereich CNC-Programmierung wünschenswert.
- Erfahrungen: Mehrjährige fundierte Kenntnisse im CNC-Drehen und/oder -Schleifen, Qualitätswerkzeuge und der Umgang mit Messmitteln sind Ihnen bekannt.
- Arbeitsweise: Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb.
- Persönlichkeit: Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und eine hohe Auffassungsgabe.
