You are required to consider business in a broad filed. Planning and promotion of license business, media contents, expanding the promotion into the real, collaboration with Rakuten brands, sports IP (such as FC Barcelona, Rakuten eagles and etc.), and various services that Rakuten provides.
Also, as a challenge unique to the internet company, you will get an opportunity to promote character evolution using the latest technologies such as AI.
Position Details
You will be given a great discretionary power that cannot be provided in ordinary IP management work, and there is a huge asset that you can leverage.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- business experience of planning/ alliance sales / service operation in character related business for more than three years
- IP related knowledge
- interests in "Okaimono Panda"
Desired Qualifications:
- experience of brand management
- experience of strategy planning/promotion of license business.
- experience of planning/development of goods.
- experience of digital marketing
