Department Overview
The Recruiting and L&D Department aims to empower every employee to grow autonomously. We provide the platforms and environments necessary for developing competencies and skills aligned with "Rakuten Shugi" (our corporate principles).

We are looking for a core team member who can go beyond simple tool management-someone who can drive internal marketing and communication strategies to create a "culture of learning" and accelerate individual growth across the organization.

Create at the Forefront of HR Tech
You will be responsible for building and optimizing the infrastructure for skill development and career growth from the ground up.

Data-Driven Decision Making
Gain high-level expertise in HR data analytics by continuously testing hypotheses and analyzing learning metrics.

Scale and Impact
As a cross-group organization, you will lead projects that impact tens of thousands of employees, directly influencing the organizational growth of the entire Rakuten Group.

Position Details
- Design and improve the Learning Experience (LX).
- Execute internal marketing and promotion for learning programs and content.
- Analyze learning data and provide reports/improvement recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Operate, maintain, and optimize our learning platforms (Workday, OPT U, Udemy, Digital Library, etc.).

Later, they transferred to the Group HR Department, where they deepened their expertise in organizational development and the creation of training programs. Today, they hold a leadership position, overseeing organizational management.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Project Management: Proven experience in leading projects from planning and execution to completion.
- Proactive Communication: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and facilitate consensus.
- Data Literacy: Comfortable handling data across multiple tools, with high attention to detail in data cleaning and aggregation.
- English Proficiency: Experience in an English-speaking business environment (required for collaborating with global HR/IT teams and utilizing global learning resources).

Desired Qualifications:
- Management Experience: Proven experience in team leadership or people management (e.g., mentoring, performance management, or team development).
- Cross-functional Project Management: Proven experience in leading projects that span multiple business units or departments, successfully aligning diverse stakeholders toward a common goal.
- Web Planning/Direction: Experience in UX-focused web design, improvement, and direction.
