Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, empathetic, and driven Telemarketing Agent to join a specialist corporate triage programme. This team helps company directors navigate complex financial challenges by providing a clear pathway to resolution. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for business leaders, acting as a critical bridge between their initial inquiry and the expert support they need. You won’t be giving advice; instead, you will be qualifying leads and ensuring every director is matched with the right outcome pathway at the right time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from company directors seeking guidance on their financial position.
- Perform outbound calls to warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Conduct structured triage conversations to qualify cases and assess the director's specific needs.
- Accurately document all call activity, case notes, and lead information within the CRM.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and facilitate seamless hand-offs to the specialist teams.
- Proactively identify re-engagement opportunities within existing data sets.
- Collaborate with the programme lead to provide performance updates and process feedback.
- Assist with data management and lead tracking to ensure the pipeline remains organized.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a professional customer-facing phone role.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- The ability to follow a structured conversation framework naturally, avoiding a "scripted" feel.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail for precise data entry.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- A self-motivated mindset with a focus on hitting targets and achieving quality outcomes.

- Prior experience within financial services, debt solutions, or business support sectors.
- Experience working in a performance-led or lead-generation environment.
