As an Integrated Media Lead, you will be responsible for planning, optimising, and measuring all paid digital media activity to achieve brand objectives, drive omnichannel sales, and increase ROAS.
As a digital media expert, this role ensures best practices are maximised and actionable insights are delivered for continuous improvement, whilst supporting the Senior Integrated Media Manager with total media planning, agency coordination, and team workload management.

Here's a snapshot of the responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning, optimisation, and measurement of paid digital media activity across all required campaigns and channels like SEM, Affiliates, Social, Display, Video, and Mobile.
- Set clear campaign KPIs and channel targets that align to industry best practice to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Support the Senior Integrated Media Manager with the holistic media plan and budget management. Ensure an optimal channel mix across offline and digital to maximize return on investment.
- Deliver post-campaign analysis and take responsibility for the measurement of campaign KPIs.
- Partner with brands to provide updates on media campaigns, iterating to maximize ROAS and drive sales.
- Provide input into weekly updates to the brand marketing teams on media performance results.
- Support the Senior Integrated Media Manager with day-to-day management of media agencies and the internal media team consisting of Specialists and Coordinators.
- Continuously improve processes and successfully manage team workload.
- Build a strong relationship with the broader Endeavour Marketing and eCommerce teams to advise and recommend best practice digital media strategies.
- Keep up to date on the media landscape and industry best practices, recommending changes to our ways of working that maximize media investment returns.
- Be a key part of a culture of continuous improvement and optimization.
- Maintain continued curiosity and interest in the evolution of digital media and technology, staying abreast of advancements to bring learnings to the team.
- Role model the Endeavour Values and Ways of Working in your day-to-day approach.
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
- 5–7 years of experience in digital media and performance-based marketing, with proven success in managing multiple campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of the digital media landscape, including SEM, Affiliates, Programmatic, Mobile, Social, Video, and Native.
- Strong hands-on platform knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Programmatic buying.
- Robust knowledge and experience with advertising, digital tracking, attribution modeling, and analytical suites such as DoubleClick, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
- Additional experience with Adobe Analytics as a bonus or Marketing Mix Modeling is highly desirable.
- You demonstrate proven experience in cross-channel budget and finance management.
- Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing are preferred.
- You possess strong presentation skills.
- You have the unique ability to translate complex technical knowledge into layman's terms to make the complex simple.
- Analytical and data-led thinker who continuously uses data to optimize activity with a customer-first approach.
- You bring operational expertise to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate across brands , a growth mindset , and authentic personal leadership.
