At SC Johnson (SCJ), we’re looking for high-potential, analytically strong graduates to join our talent pool for upcoming Supply Planning Analyst opportunities within our APAC Supply Chain team.

What You’ll Do
As a Supply Planning Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time. You will:
Drive inventory planning and optimization across distribution centers
Manage replenishment and deployment planning using data insights
Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and customer service teams
Monitor and resolve stock issues, supply gaps, and performance risks
Support new product launches and product transitions
Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and supply chain decision-making
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking exceptional fresh graduates who bring strong fundamentals and growth potential:
Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas)
Curious, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Strong communication and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Internship or project experience in supply chain is a plus
Open to fresh graduates with outstanding academic achievements
