Expression of Interest – Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization (Brand Manager)

Are you passionate about building brands, driving innovation, and delivering impactful marketing strategies? We are inviting internal talents to express their interest for the role of Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization.

In this role, you will own the short- to mid-term commercialization strategy for assigned brands, leading product innovation launches, media and communication strategies, pricing inputs, and business performance management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regional Marketing to drive growth and execution excellence across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive brand strategy and business reviews for assigned brands.

• Lead commercialization of new product development (NPD) initiatives.

• Manage media planning, consumer communications, and campaign execution.

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, sales, and market share performance to identify growth opportunities.

• Own retail analytics and provide actionable business recommendations.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver business, profit, and market share objectives.

• Coach and mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Marketing.

• FMCG experience is preferred.

• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
