What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff
- Promote medical excellence and high-quality patient care
- Partner with hospital leadership to support growth and operational success
- Help establish and maintain medical protocols and best practices

- Continue practicing medicine and building client relationships

What We're Looking For:
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Active Arkansas veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for mentorship and team development
- Commitment to exceptional client service and patient care
- Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Active Veterinary State License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Current DEA License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Additional Information
Total compensation is individualized based on experience, schedule (full-time or part-time), location, and production. Compensation may include base salary, production incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and other applicable benefits and incentives. Total compensation package for the first year might range from $120,000-$180,000+.
