The Learning Platform & Governance Manager oversees the governance, operation and ongoing optimisation of the new IP&D learning platform for external partners supporting the On Demand and N2P programs. Working across business, technology and external stakeholders, the role establishes and maintains the system, frameworks, standards and processes that govern how learning is developed, managed and delivered. Using data, stakeholder insights and user feedback, the role helps identify where learning interventions are required, supports the development of appropriate solutions, and ensures training remains effective, scalable and auditable, while driving platform adoption, continuous improvement and alignment across multiple business units. The role also supports future planning and helps shape the long-term operating model and governance approach for external workforce learning.

They will be skilled at working collaboratively across business, technology and external stakeholders to deliver practical, well-governed outcomes. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement and the ability to use data and insights to support decision-making are important. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and continuous improvement will be critical to success in this role. Experience establishing or operating governance frameworks, learning management systems, digital learning, content development or capability frameworks would be highly regarded, as would experience developing learning solutions and working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, implement and maintain practical learning outcomes.
