Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented GTB (Global Trade and Transaction Banking) Business Execution Specialist - Associate Level - to join our dynamic team at BBVA Taipei Branch. This role focuses on supporting corporate clients’ day-to-day banking and transaction needs, handling client onboarding and KYC periodic reviews, and preparing credit proposals and related analyses. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of corporate banking products, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist marketing efforts and originate GTB-related commercial activities in Taiwan.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up on clients’ financing, deposit, and other banking needs, providing competitive quotations to enhance profitability within the existing portfolio.
• Support periodic and ad-hoc KYC processes for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct credit assessments, manage risk exposure, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Assist in monitoring existing credit facilities and ensuring proper credit and documentation management.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, compliance, risk, and operations teams to facilitate smooth execution of banking transactions and client requests.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field (experience with jumbo Taiwanese corporate clients is a plus).
• Familiarity with trade finance products is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of credit assessments, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and open to new challenges with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Fluent in English (proficiency in Spanish is a plus).
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
