アムジェンは、バイオ医薬品を中心にグローバルで革新的な治療を提供してきたリーディングカンパニーです。本ポジションでは、ジェネラルメディスン事業本部の骨領域MRとして、骨粗鬆症をはじめとする骨代謝疾患領域において、高い専門性と戦略的な営業活動を通じて患者さんの治療選択肢拡大に貢献いただきます。
大学病院・基幹病院・地域中核病院・クリニック等の多様な医療機関を担当し、医療従事者との信頼関係構築や適正使用推進を通じて、医療現場への価値提供を実現していただくポジションです。
【仕事内容】
- 担当エリアにおける医療機関（大学病院、基幹病院、地域中核病院、クリニック等）への情報提供活動
- 骨代謝疾患領域における製品価値最大化に向けたエリア戦略の立案および実行
- 医師、薬剤師、看護師など医療従事者との信頼関係構築およびエビデンスに基づくディスカッション
- 市場分析（競合状況、患者動向、処方実態、地域特性など）を通じたアクションプランの策定
- 講演会、研究会、院内勉強会等の企画・運営
- マーケティング、メディカル、MSL、KAMなど関連部門とのクロスファンクショナルな連携
- デジタルチャネルも活用した顧客エンゲージメントの推進
- コンプライアンスおよび関連法規を遵守した適正な営業活動
