Job Description
岗位内容:
-根据公司整体销售策略,制定辖区销售计划和实施策略,并监督销售目标的最终达成。
-制定辖区年度销售预算并有效执行。
-确保与市场部、商务团队沟通合作,及时掌握招标时间并积极配合商务部招投标工作。
-指导监督辖区主管的销售计划及目标医院指标设定,并监督核查各项工作实施完成情况。
-与辖区重要客户建立并保持良好协作关系,有效管理客户满意度,组织辖区医院开发工作。
-负责辖区销售人员的培训,考核和激励体系的维护和有效执行,提高销售团队工作士气和销售业绩。
-提高辖区人均生产力,指导员工完成年度绩效评估。
