Project Coordinator / PMO – Steering Systems

Job Description

Role Overview 

The Project Coordinator ensures efficient execution, transparency and compliance of steering systems development projects within OEM governance frameworks.

• Strong background in automotive project coordination / PMO
• Management of release processes, documentation status and milestone tracking
• Preparation of management reports, KPI dashboards and status presentations
• Organization, moderation and documentation of project meetings and committees
• Experience with OEM processes (preferably VW environment)
• High Level of structure, communication strength and stakeholder management
• Tool affinity (Jira, Confluence, project tracking tools)
