Job Description
- You will help define and deliver a series of key projects with the team, working with Version 1's clients.
- End-to-end project involvement from facilitating workshops through to design and delivery phases.
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
- Manage stakeholders across all levels, from C-suite stakeholders through to developers, both internally and with clients.
- Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure solutions are ready for release.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Business Analysis experience within a Consultancy or Services Provider.
- Proven experience producing Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Mapping and associated documentation.
- Agile delivery experience within an Agile delivery team.
- Digital or Application Modernisation project experience.
- Experience reviewing Functional Specification Documents produced by peers to ensure alignment with Business Requirements Specification documents.
- Experience defining and designing business solutions on projects of varying scale.
- Understanding of technology and IT systems.
- Ability to plan and schedule work effectively and work to agreed delivery timelines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex processes and concepts clearly.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience across both large-scale transformation projects and smaller initiatives.
- Additional project management experience supporting business analysis activities.

Salary Range: €58,000-€72,000
