Job Description
• Assist with the planning, organization, and implementation of online and offline marketing initiatives
• Collaborate on the design, coordination, and follow-up of marketing campaigns
• Contribute to the planning, organization, and management of trade shows, customer events, conferences, and internal events
• Assist with coordination with internal departments as well as external service providers and partner companies
• Creating and formatting marketing materials, presentations, invitations, and other communication materials in accordance with the corporate design guidelines
• Maintaining and updating content on digital channels and in marketing media
• Assisting with the management and maintenance of marketing materials and promotional items
• Assisting with research
• Assisting with general organizational and administrative tasks within the marketing department
Qualifications
• You have completed a business apprenticeship or training in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in marketing or in an administrative role.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills. In addition, you are open-minded, have strong communication skills, and are a team player.
• Your profile is rounded out by an affinity for technology, an independent and organized work style, and a high level of commitment.
• You are proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus.
• You are willing to travel occasionally for work.
• You hold a Class B driver’s license.
