Job Description
- Preparing and structuring existing data
- Transferring data into a new Excel database
- Reviewing archived/legacy documents
- Ensuring a consistent data structure
- Using internal company AI tools
- Collaborating with specialist departments
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Structured and careful way of working
- Understanding of data and processes
- Good English skills
- Good German skills
