Sales Assistant

Job Description

Eurofins Athens Analysis Laboratories, a trusted leader in independent laboratory testing across multiple sectors — including food, water, cosmetics, environmental, pharmaceutical, and dietary supplements — is looking for a Sales Assistant to support growth across all these areas. This is a job opportunity for someone eager to expand their skills in business development and grow within a dynamic, science-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to the sales team as required
• Monitor incoming enquiries and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and input into the CRM system where applicable
• Setting up of agreed contracts, pricing structure and testing packages in the quotation system.
• Preparing domestic and transactional quotations
• Administration support
• Continuous improvement – identification of opportunities for improvement of quality and services
• Support field and office-based team as required
• Actively promote Eurofins directly to our customers through calls, emails, etc.
• Support the implementations of company systems

Qualifications

• A qualification in Business / Marketing or Science or experience in Administration in a similar role. 
•  C2 Proficiency
• Good commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Ability to understand client’s requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.
• Highly organized, accurate and strong documentation skills.
• Passionate about administration, quality and customer service
• Proficient in all Microsoft Packages.
