Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others navigate important benefit processes? We are seeking a dedicated Eligibility Clerk (COBRA) to join our Accounting and Eligibility team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring eligible individuals receive timely and accurate COBRA benefits information.

What you'll be doing...

  • Responding to oral and written COBRA inquiries from participants and employers
  • Processing COBRA election forms, enrollment forms and payments
  • Preparing refund paperwork for participants
  • Preparing contracts for digital imaging

  • Organized. Ability to juggle and prioritize workloads, have strong analytical skills
  • Communicator. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detailed. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
  • Technically Savvy. Basic proficiency in Excel and Word
