Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Analyst (Process Associate), National Payroll
This role is essential in optimizing payroll operations by leveraging payroll data, information and administering payroll to enhance workforce experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, operational support, and fostering collaboration across HR and business functions.
Responsibilities
1. National Payroll Processing:
- Payroll Preparation-Maintenance (Step increases, new hires, address changes, terminations etc)
- Import Prep (Including payroll adjustment forms)
2. Data Management:
- Maintain and update payroll databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws and tax regulations in payroll processing.
- Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports for compliance audits.
4. Customer Support:
- Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll or a similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Five Days working from Office.

Preference of an understanding of Payroll moduleFamiliarity with Human Resource Management System platforms, Ticketing tools and US statutory payroll requirements.Certification in payroll management is a plus.Payroll Tool knowledgeKey Skills and AttributesStrong numerical and analytical abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Maintain confidentiality of Payroll Data
