Summary:

The Procurement Analytics Analyst will play a pivotal role in data-driven decision-making in procurement. Your role is to implement robust data governance, maintain accurate master data, develop master data governance materials and ensure compliance with data standards, policies and audit requirements. You will monitor data quality and performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions that strengthen governance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply and maintain procurement data governance standards, ensuring compliance with policies and audit requirements
  • Maintain accurate and complete Procurement (e.g. spend, contract, and category) master data across systems
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and procurement data for reporting
  • Track and analyse data performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
  • Validate, cleanse and analyse category and spend data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Provide accurate data sets for dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with data standards, policies, and audit requirements through analysis of data performance
  • Work closely with analytics teams, category managers, and procurement operations to enable reliable insights
  • Prepare regular reports and analytics packs for leadership and stakeholders.

Position requirements: 

  • +3 years of experience in data management and analytics within procurement or supply chain functions
  • Hands-on experience with spend analysis, KPI reporting and dashboard development
  • Extensive experience in data analytics and advanced data visualization tools
  • Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry
  • Understanding of RFX process, supplier evaluation, compliance management and contract management
  • Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence 
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa. 
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others
  • Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives
