This is an entry level role where the incumbent will learn and support the technical teams on reactive and proactive projects under the direction of more senior technical staff.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

-Assisting with seasoning compounding for culinary and snack products - Assisting with the development of culinary products i.e. bouillon, instant noodle, meat products, and savory plant-based products

-Assist with seasoning functionality testing using Brookfield PFT

-Assist with seasoning application onto various snack bases

-Manage stock of flavor and raw materials to make sure that they are available to support project’s briefs. - Assisting with seasoning scale up in factory - Manage shelf-life study of snack seasonings - Manage stock of snack bases.

-Organize and maintain lab supplies, instruments and maintenance records

-Follow laboratory safety practices and keep areas clean

- The incumbent will also have the opportunity to work with other departments e.g quality, commercial, operations.

What Makes You the Right Fit

- Currently studying or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related technical fields.

- An entry level position, where 1 year experience in an application lab, research and development, or related areas is preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, good hands-on skills, fast actions, and enable to work under pressure.

- Ability to work in a multi-functional and multicultural environment.

- Good English communication skills.

-Knowledgeable in lab safety and relevant chemical processes
