Job Description

As a Butler at DELANO Dubai, you are entrusted with delivering highly personalised, discreet, and intuitive service, ensuring every guest experience is seamless from arrival to departure. You will act as a dedicated point of contact, anticipating needs and curating elevated in-room and villa experiences that reflect the warmth and effortless style of the DELANO brand.

  • Personalised Guest Care: Provide intuitive, discreet, and highly personalised service tailored to each guest’s preferences and stay requirements
  • Guest Journey Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout the guest stay
  • In-Room Experience Excellence: Coordinate and deliver in-room dining, amenities, and special requests with precision and attention to detail
  • Anticipation of Needs: Proactively anticipate guest preferences and lifestyle needs to create thoughtful, elevated experiences
  • Service Coordination: Liaise closely with housekeeping, front office, IRD, and other departments to ensure flawless execution of guest requests
  • Arrival & Departure Experience: Prepare rooms/villas prior to arrival and ensure smooth, discreet check-out and farewell experiences
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all guest spaces are impeccably presented, aligned with DELANO luxury standards at all times
  • Guest Relations: Build strong, trusted relationships with guests, ensuring a high level of comfort, privacy, and confidence in service
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest requests or concerns swiftly and discreetly, ensuring seamless resolution
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain the highest level of professionalism, privacy, and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

  • Luxury Experience: Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury hospitality role (luxury hotel, resort, or private residence service)
  • Guest Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a refined, discreet, and intuitive approach to service
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury service standards, in-room operations, and guest journey management
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to presentation, timing, and personalised service delivery
  • Service Mindset: Calm, proactive, and highly responsive in fast-paced, guest-centric environments
  • Team Collaboration: Strong coordination with housekeeping, front office, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Educational Background: A relevant qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience) is preferred, reflecting a commitment to professional standards
