- Während deines Praktikums pflegst, überarbeitest und sicherst du die Qualität von Inhalten in ServiceNow und trägst so maßgeblich zu einem konsistenten und nutzerfreundlichen globalen Auftritt unserer Plattform bei.
- Im Rahmen von Reworkmaßnahmen prüfst, strukturierst sowie aktualisierst du bestehende Inhalte in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Themenverantwortlichen.
- Als Teil des globalen MyHR-Teams unterstützt du die Schulung unserer internationalen Editor:innen, wirkst an der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Trainingsmaßnahmen mit und stehst im Austausch mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen weltweit.
- Du bringst deine Ideen und dein Know-how bei der Konzeption und Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien ein.
- Nicht zuletzt redigierst, veröffentlichst und überarbeitest du im Tagesgeschäft Inhalte in MyHR und erhältst dabei spannende Einblicke in die vielfältigen Themen des Personalbereichs.
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informationsmanagement oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; erste Erfahrungen mit Content-Management-Systemen sind von Vorteil
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenständig. Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an redaktionellen Aufgaben sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Inhalten mit und bewahrst stets einen Blick für Details und Qualität
- Arbeitsalltag: Anwesenheit im Büro teilweise erforderlich
- Begeisterung: du hast Interesse daran, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und bringst Offenheit sowie Lernbereitschaft für die Arbeit mit ServiceNow und digitalen Plattformen mit
- Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch
