If you are a data detective who's happiest when a hunch turns into a validated answer - someone who'd rather report an inconclusive result than a comfortable story - then your place is with us!

How will your day-to-day look?

• Solve real GTM puzzles — Answer the questions Sales, CS, Marketing, and Leadership actually lose sleep over: what predicts a high-value customer, which companies to target for Enterprise, where the best upsell opportunities are, and what's really driving churn.
• Scale insights with AI-powered workflows — Use LLMs and AI agents, including our custom Squidde AI, to automate analyses and enrich data with external signals, generating insight at a pace no manual process could match.
• Go exploring — Dig into the data without waiting to be asked. Surface patterns and questions nobody thought to raise, and build your own processes to help teams hit their goals.
• Partner directly with GTM teams — Sit with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Growth to understand what's actually blocking them, turn that into sharp analytical questions, and come back with answers they can act on.
• Build and evolve the data models — Design new models, improve what's already there, and expand coverage as the business grows.

What you'll need to thrive in this role

• 4+ years in data analytics or similar — With a track record of driving business-oriented outcomes, not just technical output.
• Strong technical toolkit — Advanced SQL for navigating complex datasets, plus Python (or similar) for analysis and automation.
• Analytical integrity — You're an independent operator who reports what the data actually shows, pushes the bar higher, and doesn't wait around for instructions.
• GTM and business fluency — Solid grasp of marketing, sales, and growth data, including core SaaS metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, and conversion funnels.
• A workflow built around modern tools — You use LLMs as a natural part of how you work, understanding where they help and where they fall short.
• Sharp communication — You turn technical findings into clear business narratives and work well with people across the org.

Bonus points if you have

• Familiarity with BigQuery, Metabase, or dbt
• Experience building or integrating AI agents into data analysis workflows
