Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on Fitbit devices, accessories, and the Fitbit health and wellness platform, including activity tracking, heart rate monitoring, sleep analysis, and fitness goal features.

Requirements

Native or fluent Norwegian language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — this is a Norwegian-speaking position and Norwegian proficiency will be assessed during the recruitment process.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-related products is strongly desirable.
Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a service-oriented role within the technology, fitness, or wellness industry is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically to users of all skill levels.
Proficient in English at a working level to facilitate internal communication and team collaboration.
Comfortable working on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, and willing to relocate with the support of a fully paid relocation package.
