Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst , you will act as a key strategic partner to business leaders, shaping decision-making through advanced analysis of topline performance, channel mix, international flows, and market positioning. You will lead the delivery of executive-level, data-driven insights across Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Finance. Your scope includes ownership of topline and channel performance analyses, incrementality and value-creation assessments, and the definition and deployment of standardized analytical frameworks at scale.
1. Strategic Performance Leadership
- Own executive-level interpretation of Accor’s commercial performance, identifying structural growth drivers, risks, and value creation levers across brands and regions.
- Shape strategic discussions through clear, forward-looking insights, scenarios, and performance outlooks supporting top management decisions.
2. Analytics Governance & Thought Leadership
- Define and govern performance measurement frameworks and analytical standards at group level.
- Act as a reference for analytical rigor, challenging assumptions, methodologies, and data quality to elevate decision-making maturity.
3. Commercial Strategy Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leaders, influencing commercial strategy through data-driven insights.
- Lead the structuring and challenge of business cases, investment choices, and prioritization decisions.
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Integrate external market signals and competitive intelligence to anticipate demand shifts, market dynamics, and strategic inflection points.
- Translate external insights into strategic implications for Accor’s portfolio and growth priorities.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement
- Lead high-impact transversal initiatives improving business steering, analytics tools, and performance governance.
- Mentor analysts and promote best practices, contributing to the development of Accor’s analytics community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or in a strategic/FP&A role –ideally within the hospitality, travel, or consumer services sectors Skills & profile Updated on June 2026
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with BI Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker…)
- Working knowledge of SQL and large datasets (Snowflake, Dataiku a plus)
- Ability to clearly communicate analytical insights to senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and business acumen •Fluent English required ; French a plus

- Strong understanding of multi-geography market dynamics and business models (managed, franchised, leased), supported by quantitative analysis and KPIs
- Ability to translate business questions into structured data analyses and deliver clear, actionable insight: explaining data, assumptions, and limitations to non-expert stakeholders while maintaining analytical accuracy
- Experience working in a matrix environment & managing multiple priorities
