Tech Lead .NET (M/F)

Job Description

The integration of Generative AI into .NET architectures (Azure AI, OpenAI, ML.NET) is transforming the design of business applications. This role, with no client travel (office-based or remote up to 2 days per week), is aimed at an experienced .NET Tech Lead, capable of designing architectures and providing technical leadership to teams.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a .NET Tech Lead (M/F), you play a central role in the design and optimisation of software architectures whilst integrating AI components where they deliver genuine business value. You operate in an agile and collaborative environment, on varied projects involving .NET, AI and cloud environments, notably Azure.

Design & Development:

• Analyse technical and functional requirements, audit existing systems
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance software architectures in .NET
• Integrate and leverage generative AI and machine learning services (Azure AI, OpenAI, ML.NET)

Leadership & Mentoring:

• Facilitate technical workshops, share best practices and supervise teams
• Ensure developer upskilling through mentoring and code reviews
• Define and promote development and architecture standards

Quality, Performance & Deployment:

• Implement and ensure DevOps and CI/CD best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality and security
• Maintain a technology watch and propose relevant innovations

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of experience in .NET development and have already managed or mentored technical teams.
• You are a pragmatic technical leader, able to make structural decisions and guide teams toward excellence.
• You master several of the following technologies :
• - Backend : .NET (Core, Framework Standard), C#, REST API, microservices.
• - Frontend : Blazor, Vue.js, React, Angular, TypeScript. Artificial Intelligence: OpenAI, Azure AI, ML.NET, NLP, Computer Vision.
• - Databases : SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Redis, MongoDB, NoSQL.
• - Cloud & Infrastructure : Azure (preferred but not exclusive), Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker.
• - Methodology & Quality : Azure DevOps, Git, Agile, Automated testing.
• You are fluent in French.
