• Plan and execute company events, activities, and communication to enhance employee engagement
• Assist in the recruitment process by advertising job openings, screening candidates for suitability, and setting up interview schedules
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding procedures by ensuring a smooth implementation and a pleasant experience
• Support in managing employee and intern relations by handling any concerns or issues in order to promote a positive workplace
• Participate in policy updates and documentation to ensure relevance and take part in executing any HR policy changes
• May undertake a HR project to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
• Study in Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality-oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
• Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
• Past internship experience preferred
