Within the Private Bank in Switzerland, the Location and Platform Management Team drives key platform-related activities and supports initiatives led by the COO function. The team acts as a central point of contact for Front Office and contributes to the delivery of risk, regulatory, and business-related initiatives across locations.

As a Business & Project Manager, you will support and drive platform initiatives, enhance processes and frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery of business and regulatory priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement platform-related initiatives across the Private Bank in Switzerland.

• Contribute to defining and enhancing platform processes, ensuring alignment with booking centres and advisory locations.

• Support and drive improvements to the process framework, including regulatory-driven initiatives.

• Act as a key point of contact for Front Office, providing guidance on processes, policies, and regulatory requirements, and coordinating internal approvals.

• Collaborate with business, support and control functions and maintain reporting, presentations, and outsourcing-related documentation.

Skills

• Solid understanding of Private Banking / Wealth Management, with relevant experience in platform management, business management, project management or COO environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to assess and improve existing processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within challenging timelines.

• Fluent written and spoken English; German or French is a strong advantage.
