Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain product master data in Manufacturing system and SAP logistic system for Production Line.
- Handle Engineering Change Order for packing method and outline packing updated across all business lines.
- Maintain raw material and spare part master data in SAP and Manufacturing system based on Material Request guideline.
- Create sales views for materials in SAP based on Store requests.
- Perform data corrections following Data Quality Check (DQC) reports from Global Material Data Management team.
- Support data investigations and resolve master data issues in relevant master data system.
- Coordinate with Center Costing team for costing runs for new Product Version and update pricing for purchased materials.
- Submit Engineering Request via local application and follow up with process engineers to obtain process specifications data.
- Support production line in resolving issues in shopfloor for wafer test, preassembly, assembly, final test, packing processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot daily master data validation/monitoring reports.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new application functionalities related to master data system.
- Support master data migration activities and related system implementation projects.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, Information Technology is an advantage.
- 0-2 years of experience in product data management, SAP or industrial computer software applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data validation analysis.
- Having knowledge in Products Bill of material, Integrated Circuit manufacturing process flow is an advantage.
- Good command of Written and Spoken English.
- Enthusiastic and Analytical Skill with strong problem solving and systematic thinking.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, emergency sense.
- Be able to work well under pressure situation and tight schedule.
