- Overall accountable for quality of planning parameters (yield, cycle time and usage rates) in I2 MDM across the full NXP product portfolio
- Define and implement standard process across internal/external manufacturing, engineering, SCO, and businesses (BU/BL) for creating and updating planning parameters.
- Coordinate with S&OP, internal/external factory teams and BU engineering on time phase improvement plan for planning parameters and update latest in relevant systems
- Coordinate with each internal/external factory site on data review.
- Participate in (system) improvement projects, like IE MDM.
Qualification:
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or information management
- Strong analytical skills. Experience in data management preferred. Effective and creative problem solving skills
- <2 years experience in supply chain management
- Basic understanding the concept of planning systems (e.g., I2, SAP, capacity) and PowerBI
- Basic understanding of final manufacturing in semiconductors from probe, assembly and final test.
- Effective communication skills
- Deliver credible message and supporting data
- Team player with good cooperation and information conduct
