ABOUT THE JOB
Reporting to the Head of Les Ateliers you as a true ambassador of the Maison and of the excellence sought by CHANEL, you are the guarantor of the ultimate after-sales service experience. You work on all the product ranges available in Fashion boutiques. You pass on your product passion and Maison CHANEL's know-how. Thanks to your sense of listening, your empathy and your passion for Fashion, you build a memorable and personalized client experience. You act as a reference for Chanel & moi services, promoting care and repair as a pillar of client loyalty and durability.
THE IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
This role is best suited to those who will be the ultimate ambassador of CHANEL & moi. You will represent and promote the CHANEL & moi mindset of ultimate care, convey the Chanel commitment towards the durability of our products (e.g. product-specific care tips) and support the team in upholding client speech & storytelling around CHANEL’s care, repair, and alteration savoir-fair.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Customer Service
Welcoming customers according to CHANEL customer experience guidelines
Listening actively to understand their needs and expectations
Presenting and validating the repair diagnosis, and explaining the quote and timeline
Turning dissatisfaction into a positive experience to build loyalty
Returning the product with the Fashion Advisor and sharing care recommendations
Repair Execution & Technical Support
Performing simple repairs and basic adjustments in line with procedures
Referring complex repairs to Les Ateliers or external centers as appropriate
Repair Monitoring & Administration
Updating repair statuses in internal tools and managing spare parts and shipments
Handling quality alerts and complaints in coordination with stock and hotline teams
Internal Collaboration & Development
Acting as the contact point for sales teams on repairs and product maintenance
Ensuring customer data accuracy and identifying profiles for loyalty initiatives
