Job Mission:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant customs clearance for both selling and non-selling items. This role supports the overall logistics operations by providing backup for Customs process and managing import-related cost settlements, thereby enabling precise cost allocation and safeguarding compliance with Korean customs regulations and global trade standards. The Logistics Coordinator will proactively address customs issues, manage inventory movements, and support ad-hoc operations to ensure seamless logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute customs clearance for non-selling goods (SPM, overseas repairs, and spare parts etc.) selecting optimal importation modes per shipment.
Ensure compliance with Korean customs laws and global trade regulations; perform accurate validation and classification of customs entries to mitigate duty risks.
Lead settlement and reconciliation of import-related expenses (VAT, duties, logistics costs), ensuring accurate COGS and expense allocation.
Manage the interface between Sales Orders and TR BTQ & Counters for Good Receipt processing in POS.
Administer inventory in Back-end POS, including Credit Note management for FAWFJ Return & Destruction of goods.
Manage Country of Origin Marking in accordance with Foreign Trade Law.
File insurance claims for shipment irregularities (Marine Cargo).
Provide backup support to current logistics staff and assist with ad-hoc operations related to data and cost management for imported goods.

Role Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in trade, business administration, logistics, or a related field
Proficient in verbal and written English
Skilled in MS Office applications

Work Experience

Preferred Over 2 years of work experience in Supply chain or Logistics

Effective communication and teamwork skills
