罗兰贝格实习生项目为期5个月(2026年8月-12月)。
实习期间，同学们能够接触到各种不同行业的项目，与经验丰富的咨询顾问共同参与项目的运作，累积数据分析、访谈、市场调研等基本的咨询技巧与经验，体验咨询顾问生活，开启咨询初篇章。实习你将获得：
- 实习基础工作内容的技能培训
- 实习工作满45天可开具实习证明及支持背景调查，表现优异的同学更有机会获得校园招聘或暑期实习项目的面试直通卡

Qualifications
- 2027年1月及之后毕业的本科生、硕士生（非MBA）或博士生，专业不限
- 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力
- 工作积极主动，能承受一定的工作压力
- 优秀的中英文表达及书面写作能力
- 高度的责任心及职业道德
- 在2026年8月至12月期间保证连续的12周里每周至少能工作3天（仅限工作日）
