Job Description
Leading Role:
• Propose strategy and contribute to key initiatives and decision-making.
• Propose comprehensive execution plans for projects / task and identifying challenges.
• Collaborate with other departments and functions, ensuring the seamless integration of engineering projects and fostering a cooperative and cohesive work environment
• Drive and report on project progress, ensuring that all milestones and targets are met in a timely manner.
• Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance engineering processes and outcomes, staying abreast of industry advancements and integrating cutting edge technologies.
• Mentor and support other team members by fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment to enhance team capabilities.
Functional Role:
• Independently handle Product engineering support for series business to worldwide stakeholders.
• Develop new conceptual design solutions for hydraulic valves.
• Perform and review engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, Design FMEA etc.
• Simplify design using advance engineering techniques for cost reduction of products.
Qualifications
B.E. / M. Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering with 8 to 12 years (at least 6-8 yrs relevant industry experience in hydraulics component design)
Must have:
- Experience with Hydraulic valves applications.
- Experience in design of hydraulic products and components/parts
- Experience on product development process.
- Experience on FMEA, tolerance stack-up analysis, GD & T.
- Good English Communication and collaboration skills
- Software expertise: CREO & PDM – Modelling and drawing for machined and casting parts, assembly of hydraulic valves
- Experience in Advance engineering part / component design.
Will be considered as advantage having exposure of:
- Structural FEM and CFD knowledge
- SAP knowledge
- Advanced Manufacturing technique knowledge
