Job Description

Role Purpose
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration and delivery of employee benefits and wellbeing programs. The role acts as a key contact for employees, HR teams, payroll teams, and external vendors, ensuring benefits are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefit plans, including retirement, insurance, wellbeing, and leave programs.

  • Process enrolments, changes, and terminations accurately and within agreed service levels.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and HR benefits enquiries, escalating complex issues as required.

  • Support benefits renewals, annual enrolment activities, and day-to-day vendor administration.

  • Maintain benefits documentation, procedures, and employee-facing materials.

  • Respond to employee queries relating to benefit plans and wellbeing initiatives.

  • Support employee communications, awareness campaigns, and benefits education sessions.

  • Maintain benefits records and support data integrity, audits, reporting, and compliance activities.

  • Liaise with benefit providers and support purchase order and invoice administration.

  • Support benefits and wellbeing projects and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, HR Administration, Payroll, or related HR functions.

  • Experience supporting employee benefits program is desirable.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR systems would be beneficial.
