Job Description

Products: Electrical Connectors for the Automotive Industry.

  • Perform design calculations, including tolerance analysis and dimensional measurement (3D data).
  • Apply engineering methodologies such as FMEA, DRBFM, DFMA, etc. to ensure robust product design.
  • Support testing activities, including sample preparation, test setup, and execution.
  • Assist in technical risk assessments, problem solving, customer approvals, and tooling release processes.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing design solutions.
  • Explore and apply AI and digital tools to improve design efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (Preferred GPA 7.5 or above).
  • Academic background includes relevant coursework, assignments, or mini-projects related to product development, design, simulation, or testing.
  • Interest in innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Proficient in reading and writing English for daily communication and documentation.
  • Available to work full-time for 4 to 6 months.
